In simplest words: Totem is a periodic table. It is nicely colored and organized, albeit you can probably take a screenshot and print it out, if you wanted. Of course, Totem is much more than just a periodic table. It is an extensive yet simple element lookup app, containing information on all 118 discovered chemical elements. Open up the app, and you face a neatly organized periodic table. Tap on any symbol to pull up an in-depth overview of the element's information, containing 30+ fields of element properties. (Note: certain elements have undiscovered/unmeasured properties; these values are thus unavailable) Totem boasts the largest and most accurate offline database of element information at your fingertips no need of any internet connection! Totem's data is obtained from and checked with several verified sources including Wolfram | Alpha, Wikipedia, and the official IUPAC website. Currently available information for (most) elements: - Atomic number - Symbol - Name (English & Latin) - Standard atomic weight - Element category - Group, period, & block - Color - Phase at room temperature - Density (standard & liquid) - Molar volume - Melting & boiling point - Heat of fusion, heat of vaporization, heat capacity - Magnetism - Electric classification - Speed of sound - Electron configuration (abbreviated & full) - Electronegativity - Oxidation states (known & common) - Valence - Atomic radius (empirical, covalent, Van Der Waals) - Electron affinity - 1st ionization energy (Possibly more to come!)
